How to put beginning balance  in chart of accounts?

                                                                                                                                                     

Step 1

First of all we open the software

After that select the option of set up a new company

The whole procedure to set up a company is same till the chart of accounts, here we just come to know how we will maintain Beginning  Balances of a company of a company as we have previously done with the charts of account as well

Now ill let you know how to maintain beginning balances here is the procedure

Now

We should open Charts Of Accounts

Here click on Beginning Balances

You will find a window

as I want to know the beginning balances of 12-31-2009

I selected this as

Than Ok

After that you find a window

This is the way how to get the balance , and if we didn't make the account of retained earnings it will 

chart of accounts

setup a new company

How to make a new company

Step 1

Open the software peach tree

Than further proceed according to your type             

Select the option “ setup a new company”

Than go next

Step 2

Here just click on the next than

Here fill some of the information of your business type, nature, name, and telephone number, contacts

AFTER filling that you can click the next button

Step 3

Now here radio option are available and select the option Build You Own Company

After that select the option ACCURAL METHOD

Than Next

Select the option Real time as it suits to my business

Than next

Than select the tenure of accounting period and for my business chose 12 Monthly Accounting Period

Than next

The final setup is of date and year , chose the options carefully as when is company has been established

And than finally , last step

Alhamdulillah company setup has been completed

After finishing

Company setup completed
